  • For international clients: Arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules in effect at the time. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Hong Kong.
  • For domestic clients: The competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

10.3 United Nations Convention

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall NOT apply to these Terms or any business transactions arising from them.

11. Export Control

You acknowledge that products and technical information provided by GFERAUTO may be subject to export control laws and regulations of China and other jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and shall not export, re-export, or transfer any products or technology in violation of such laws.

12. Force Majeure

GFERAUTO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Labor disputes or material shortages
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Supply chain disruptions

13. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect
