Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated manufacturing and trading company.
We own our own jump starter production factory and have a dedicated international trading team, providing you factory-direct pricing as well as professional one-stop export services.
What is your MOQ for jump starters?
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model. For OEM/ODM orders with custom logo or packaging, the MOQ is 500 units.
We also accept trial orders with smaller quantities for new customers.
Can you provide OEM / private label service?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM services including logo printing, custom housing color, private label packaging, and even full product design based on your specifications.
Our engineering team will support you from prototype to mass production.
What certifications do your jump starters have?
All our jump starters are CE, RoHS and FCC certified. For lithium models, we also provide UN38.3 and MSDS for safe shipping.
We can support UL, PSE, UKCA and other regional certifications upon request.
How long is the production lead time?
For standard models in stock, we can ship within 3-5 working days.
For bulk orders, normal lead time is 15-25 days.
Custom OEM orders may take 25-35 days depending on the complexity of customization.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome.
Sample cost will be charged at unit price plus shipping fee.
The sample fee can be deducted from your first bulk order. Samples are usually shipped within 2-3 working days.
How do you control product quality?
We implement a 4-stage quality control system:
1. incoming material inspection
2. SMT process inspection
3. aging test after assembly
4. final appearance & function test before packaging.
Every unit goes through at least 3 rounds of testing.
What payment terms do you accept?
We only accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment)
Do you provide after-sales support and warranty?
Yes, we offer 12 months warranty for all our jump starters. We have a dedicated after-sales team to handle technical issues, replacement claims and spare parts supply. We also provide marketing materials for our brand partners.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory and office in China. Please contact your sales representative to schedule a visit. We can arrange airport pick-up and hotel booking for your convenience.
If you are unable to travel, we also offer live remote video factory tours. Our staff will guide you through production lines, QC labs and warehouses in real time via video call, and answer all your questions on the spot.
